We are on the I-610 freeway (West Loop South) just south of I-69/US-59 (Southwest Freeway) and the Galleria, and north of Episcopal High School on the east side of the I-610 W Loop. Suite #670. Our office is easily accessible from most of Houston as we are on the feeder/frontage road of I-610, and we have free parking.
If you are coming from Downtown Houston: Take I-10 W, then head south on I-610 W Loop S past the Galleria and past 59. Take exit 6 toward Bellaire Blvd/Evergreen St and do a U-turn onto the West Loop South. We are at 6575 West Loop South Suite 150 A, Bellaire, TX 77401, just north of Episcopal High School, on the east side of the I-610 W Loop.
If you are coming from Southwest Houston: Follow I-69/US-59 N to I-610 S on the W Loop. Then take Exit 6 toward Bellaire Blvd/Evergreen St and do a U-turn onto the West Loop South. We are at 5909 West Loop South, just north of Episcopal High School on the east side of the I-610 W Loop. Suite #670. Or take US-90 ALT E to S Main St in Houston. Take the S Post Oak Rd exit from US-90 ALT E, and Continue on I-610 N to Bellaire. Take exit 6 toward Bellaire Blvd/Bissonnet St/Fournace Pl. Continue on the West Loop South feeder road.
If you are coming from the Medical Center: Go west on W Holcombe Blvd and turn right onto the feeder of I-610 West Loop South. We are at 6575 West Loop South Suite 150 A, Bellaire, TX 77401, just north of Episcopal High School on the east side of the I-610 W Loop.

Rates
We are considered out of network for insurance purposes but would be happy to provide you with a superbill or receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement directly through them. I recommend that you contact your insurance company to find out more about out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans do cover out-of-network providers at a certain percentage. Good faith estimates are available upon request.
Fees vary by provider and based on the services provided. All sessions are 45-50 minutes unless otherwise specified. Longer sessions are available at a pro-rated fee upon request.
ALEXIS PATEL’S RATES:
$160 for the initial intake
$130 for subsequent 45-minute individual sessions
$200 for initial couples counseling
$175 for subsequent 45-minute couples sessions
LISA SMITH’S RATES:
$160 for the initial intake
$130 for subsequent 45-minute individual sessions
$160 for EDMR therapy sessions
SARAH BRADSHAW’S RATES:
$160 for the initial intake
$150 for subsequent 45-minute individual sessions
$180 for 45-minute couples counseling
$280 for a 90-minute couples session
NANCY WILSON’S RATES:
$175 for individual sessions
$200 for 50-minute couples sessions / $250 for 90-minute marriage counseling sessions
